Training

You and your management team will be supported from Day 1 learning from our best Operations leaders in Regional Certified Training Locations. You'll learn all of our systems and tools that lead to successful restaurant management and you'll master our signature recipes and products. After your training is completed, your team will continue to receive year round support on new initiatives and roll outs to keep your Sbarro moving forward.

Design

Our design staff will assist in project coordination with design consultants selected by each new franchisee, creating relationships and assisting on the initial floors plans for up to their first 4 locations. In addition, they will be able to provide direction on required, brand standard equipment, signage, graphics, and furniture elements.

Real Estate

Sbarro assists in the site evaluation and selection process once you have located a potential site. In certain circumstances, Sbarro can inform you of potential spaces available for your to contact in helping your development program. This will be done in your geographic area or chosen target development areas when there are opportunities.

Marketing

Your location(s) will benefit from a nationally known foodservice provider celebrating 60 years of continued operation, brand loyalty, and brand awareness. A robust marketing calendar featuring both national and local campaigns will drive guests to you with promotions that are designed to drive transactions and sales.

Purchasing

We provide a seamless supply chain from our specified manufacturers to our nationwide distribution network to stores in all 50 states and beyond. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products at the most competitive pricing possible. National distribution programs are in place for food, packaging, chemicals, small wares, produce, office supplies and lighting. All of these programs are actively managed to provide excellent service and fill rates.

Operations

Each Franchise location is assigned a Franchise Director of Operations to act as a consultant for ways to improve financial health through transaction and sales growth. Consultation areas include restaurant operations, facility and reinvestment strategy, pricing, marketing, and human resource practices including recruitment, retention, development, organizational structure and training. Assistance is also provided in developing capital spending, long term reinvestment plans and growth strategies. There is always an ongoing focus to help your team over deliver on food quality, customer service, and cleanliness metrics.
